Forest Management Plan 2014-2023

The current Forest Management Plan expires on 31 December 2013.

A new Forest Management Plan is being developed for the period January 2014 to December 2023.

  • Like the current Forest Management Plan, the new plan covers the management of forests of the state's south west, taking into account environmental, economic and social issues.
  • We are currently consulting with key stakeholders to produce the draft Forest Management Plan.
  • There will be a three-month period for the public to comment on the draft Forest Management Plan between August and October 2012.
The consultation will include public information sessions across the south-west and in Perth, and the gathering of formal submissions by post and email.
Information and documents will be posted to this site as they become available.
