Want to turn your degree into a rewarding career, ensuring that Western Australia's environment is valued, protected and conserved?

The Department of Environment and Conservation's (DEC) Graduate Development Program provides extensive and targeted training to graduates from a broad range of disciplines.

We are looking for applicants who graduated in 2009 or 2010, or who are graduating in 2011. Your qualification could be in a science, engineering, nature conservation, law, human resources, marketing or related field.

DEC has a diverse range of employment areas where you will find yourself enjoying many and varied tasks within your discipline. The department is keen to secure highly motivated and suitably qualified employees with a passion for the environment.

Applications for the 2012 program open in late August/early September 2011.

We have positions in various regional and metropolitan locations throughout Western Australia. Graduates are employed in positions up to Level 3 or Specified Calling Level 1. Refer to the job advertisement for salary details.
