The Department of Environment and Conservation has amended the licence for Cockburn Cement's lime and cement manufacturing facility at Munster to address community concerns regarding dust and odour issues at the site. DEC has imposed a number of strict conditions to reduce emissions and the number of trip events and therefore the impacts on the surrounding community.
